**Event Schedule:**

**1:00 PM - 1:15 PM:** Arrival of Guests 

**1:15 PM - 1:30 PM:** Welcome and Split Into Groups 

- Accepted Students

- Undergraduate Prospective Students

- High School Prospective Students

**1:30 PM - 2:30 PM:** Q&A Sessions with Respective Groups 

- Led by student ambassadors along with a faculty/staff member for each group

**2:30 PM - 3:00 PM:** Break and Refreshments in Atrium 

- Guests are welcome to leave at this point if they wish

**3:00 PM - 4:00 PM:** Optional Building/Lab Tour and Admissions/Experiential Q&A 

This schedule is structured, providing guests with the opportunity to engage with student ambassadors, faculty, and staff, as well as explore the campus facilities. The optional nature of the tour and additional Q&A session allows for flexibility based on the interests and time constraints of the attendees.
