Assisting staff enter through stage door at back left of facility. Security will have a list of names for entry.

Exec, Mentors, and Speakers enter through front building entry. GPAC will have a list of names for entry to the theatre. Your seats will be marked with name signs. Exec and Mentors should arrive by 10:30am.

Event Overview

Students will have the opportunity to secure up to six tickets for guests through GPAC’s ticketing system. Tickets will be for assigned seats that they will print beforehand or show on phone to be scanned to enter theatre.

Students will start arriving at 9:30am and enter through the stage door for check-in. Auburn students will have their white coat and Mobile students will receive their white coat at check-in. After check-in students will be directed to have their individual professional portrait taken and then proceed to the stage for seating. Students will be seated in alphabetic order of their coater’s last name and then alphabetically within their village. Students will file out stage left by row to be coated by village and proceed back to their seats once coated and taking picture with the Dean on stage.

Guests will have access to the building at 9:30am and the bookstore will be set up in the lobby to purchase AU HSOP merchandise. The theatre doors will open at 10am for seating and they must have a ticket for entry.
