Hi Kelli,

As a general rule, I learned that we calendar the current academic year only.  Depending on availability, and for this academic year, I can put you down through May or extend the reservation through July with the understanding that the academic scheduling will take place in July for August moving forward, then once all the classes are scheduled and after another request is submitted, I’ll place your request on the calendar for the new academic year, depending on availability. 

Two questions:  1) Do you want this year’s reservation through May or July, and 2) Did you intend to only mark 4207 (conference room) and won’t need 4209 (classroom)?
